Do you make your own products?

Yes, we manufacture all our products at our own factory in order to oversee quality at every stage. All products are rigorously tested and precision fabricated to meet your exact specifications.

How easy is it to get through to your Aftersales or service team if I have a problem?

Do you promise to offer value for money and long term peace of mind?

Are your installation teams audited every 3 months by British Standards Institute to reaffirm your reputation for quality installations?

Yes, we are independently tested every three months to ensure our procedures remain first-class.

Do you provide free, no obligation quotations?

Do you take on commercial projects?

Do you only use your own surveyors?

Yes, we employ a team of fully qualified surveyors who can help with any home improvement project.

Are your installers qualified?

Of course. All our installers are NVQ2 qualified and are conversant with working to BSI guidelines.

Can you provide self-cleaning glass?

Can you provide bi-fold doors?

Yes. We regularly install bi-fold doors and they have proven to be extremely popular with UK homeowners.

What accreditations do you have?

FineLine are members of the GGF (Glass and Glazing Federation), an organisation who ensure high industry standards are maintained. FineLine are part of the government endorsed TrustMark scheme to boost consumer confidence through high standards of health and safety, customer care, workmanship, and trading practices. FineLine are also FENSA (Fenestration Self-assessment Scheme) regulated. All our windows and doors comply with FENSA thermal performance requirements.
