Peter Wheeler

Managing Director

Joined the company in 1987 Installing Windows & Doors, after 10 years was appointed Branch Manager. I then took a 12 year Holiday! Returning to Head of Windows & Doors in 2013 and then becoming Managing Director in 2019. Enjoy keeping fit & days out with the family.

Adrian Timbers

Sales & Marketing Director

I joined SEH BAC in 2025 as Sales and Marketing Director, bringing with me a broad background in the home improvement industry. Before that, I spent five years at T&K Home Improvements, part of the Emplas Group, where I was responsible for all sales and marketing activities across the business.

Earlier in my career, I worked at the original Everest Home Improvements in both marketing and as a Territory Sales Manager, giving me valuable insight into both strategic planning and front-line customer engagement.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing music, running, and socialising with family and friends.

Stuart Timbers

Head of Technology

I joined the industry in 1997 rising through the ranks of processing, technical and operations at Everest Home Improvements to become National Operations Manager in 2014. I joined SEHBAC as General Operations Manager in 2019 before progressing to Head of Technology, where I am now responsibile for our technology, purchasing and processes.

I am a keen musician and recent OCR fanatic who just loves spending time with family and the dog.

Carmine Fetta

Head of Operations

I’ve been with SEHBAC for over 11 years and became Head of Operations in 2023. My background is in construction and project management, with earlier technical experience in fenestration and construction. I enjoy taking my car out on track days whenever I can.

David Hebblethwaite

Head of Contact Centre and Showrooms

I joined SEHBAC in 2025.

Jason Baldwin

Customer Service Manager

I joined SHEBAC 2018 as the Customer Services Manager, and have been in the home improvement industry most of my working life; first as an installer and then NVQ Level 3 Surveyor and Project Manager for 15 years. My interests involve anything with an engine and going really fast.

Steve James

Manager

I joined the company in 1987 as an installation installer progressing through the ranks as a service engineer. I was appointed installation manager in 1999. I am a keen golf player and a great supporter of Tottenham FC.

Paul Wickham

Manager

I joined the Company in 2014, and have over 25 year’s experience within the home improvement industry. I have the following qualifications: HNC building/surveying, NVQ 1, 2 & 3 Plumbing, ACS gas Eng. Registration, NVQ LVL 1 Plastering & Brickwork, Qualified Lead fabricator/welder.

Leah Ianello

Customer Service Administrator

I joined the customer service team in April 2021. My spare time is taken up looking after my 2 sons and my fur babies.

Sian Barnard

Office Administration Manager

I joined the company 9 years ago. I started in Customer Service, then onto the Windows & Doors Department, Conservatory Department and now Office Manager. In my spare time I like to read, go to the cinema, go on long walks and visit new places.

Holly Baldwin

Sales and Survey Administrator

I joined SEHBAC in 2020, I have grown up with the knowledge of home improvements since I could talk and I am now making my own way in the industry.

Stacey Vickers

Installations Administrator

I joined SEHBAC in 2021 working alongside my Installation Manager to cover the Ipswich area. In my free time I like being out on our boat and spending time with my family and pets.

Craig Gaskell

Purchasing Supervisor

I joined the company in 1998, starting in the factory for 3 years before moving into the Office / Purchasing Department. I am into motorbikes and enjoying riding my Kawasaki ZX6R and spending time with my family. I am also a big Chelsea FC fan.

Kim King

Receptionist / Sales Administrator

I joined SEHBAC on 6th Feb 2017, after working for Anglian Home Improvements for 6 ½ years. I joined as a data input clerk and have worked my way up to Showroom Receptionist /Sales Administrator. I spend a lot of my weekend time with family, especially my beautiful granddaughter, going to car boot sales, visits to the seaside, parks etc.

Kay Kershaw

Management Accountant

I joined SEHBAC in 2016 as an Accounts Assistant.
At the end of 2020 I moved into the role of Management Accountant.
In my spare time I enjoy socialising with family and friends

Danielle Yates

Accounts Assistant

I joined the company in 2025 as an accounts assistant, having spent most of my working years in accounts or sales. In my spare time I enjoy family time with my son and husband as well as spending time with our wider family and friends. Weekends are usually taken up at the racetrack with my family watching banger/stockcar racing.

I’ve been working for SEHBAC since 2022, in the customer service department. I love spending time with my family and playing football. Up the Chelsea!!

I joined SEHBAC in 2025 as a Customer Service Administrator. I have worked in customer services all my life and love interaction with our customers. In my spare time I spend with my family and friends

I joined the accounts department in 2018 where I took on the role as an Accounts Assistant.
