Either fill out our quick contact form, call us on 01622 631613, or visit one of our show centres in Dartford and Maidstone to get a true feel for our conservatory range. We’ll be able to advise on the most suitable shape, material and roofing option to fit your individual requirements.
Once we’ve established your conservatory design, we’ll provide you with a free no-obligation quote. You’ll receive this within 24 hours of you contacting us or your home visit.
After confirmation that you’d like to move forward with a new conservatory, we’ll confirm the final design. This covers decorative features, incorporated windows and doors and brickwork to complement your home. We’ll approve the order and the administration team will pass on your contract to a surveyor. (2-3 days)
If we have not yet received your order deposit, we will request this. (1-2 days from paperwork returned)
Our technical surveyor will contact you to arrange a convenient date for both parties to visit your property. During the visit they will take precise measurements, review the project scope and note if any planning permissions are needed. They’ll also investigate whether conservation area regulations apply to your property. (1-2 days)
The surveyor will advise our conservatory team if a trial dig is required to establish the footings of your new conservatory. If it is needed, we’ll contact you to arrange for a builder to complete the trial dig. (2-3 days)
We’ll get in touch with you to update you once the surveyor’s paperwork has been passed back to us so that we can continue to process your order. (1-2 days)
If permissions are needed for your home extension, our technical department will let you know. With Fineline, you won’t have to worry about gaining approval as we take full care of this, whether it be permitted development, prior approval or full planning building regulations. Once approved, we’ll then update you again. (Up to 2-3 days if no planning. Up to 10 weeks if planning required with no regulations. Up to 13 weeks if planning required with regulations.)
After any planning permission approvals are confirmed, your designated project manager will contact you to arrange a pre-site check to finalise the details for the installation. This is to ensure that the installation day is as efficient as possible. (1-2 days)
A member of the conservatory department will get in touch to agree suitable dates for your conservatory to be fitted. (1-2 days)
The factory will receive your individual conservatory design and construct it to the exact specification. The highly trained fabricators use pioneering modern techniques and robust materials to provide a weather-proof, durable and thermally efficient product.
A team of our professional conservatory installers will come to your property at the agreed time to begin the project. With extensive experience behind them, you can be sure it won’t disrupt you or your neighbours. You’ll be able to ask them about maintenance tips and the functionality of the features of your new conservatory.
In a very small number of cases, remedial work may be needed. We will order any new parts that are required and organise a date to complete the work. (On receipt of parts or 1-2 days if no parts needed).
You’ll receive an email from us to confirm that your new conservatory has been installed. As the project is now finished, we welcome your valuable feedback and Trustpilot reviews. This helps us to pass on your comments to our teams.
