If you’re planning any home improvements and you’re concerned about planning permission, there’s no need to worry. At FineLine, we’ll arrange everything on your behalf. Windows and doors usually don’t require planning permission but if yours do, we’ll liaise with the local authorities to ensure that all legislation is met.
At FineLine, we employ a range of highly skilled industry professionals. To help with your window and door design and planning, an architect will visit your home to gather all the measurements for your proposed home improvements. Detailed drawings will be created and submitted to the council for approval. You will be kept up to date of the progress and you’ll receive copies of all designs and drawings.
When you choose FineLine to design and install your new windows and doors, you’re in safe hands. We’ll carry out a full inspection to see whether planning permission is required. Generally including repairs, maintenance and minor improvements, in most cases, planning permission will not be required.
