Order

Once the specification is agreed, we’ll confirm your order. When we receive your deposit we’ll update the documents on the app and arrange a site survey.

Survey

The site survey is a formal project check to confirm detailed measurements and note if any planning permissions are likely to be required. We’ll let you know once the surveyor’s paperwork has been returned to us so we can continue to process your order.

Make

Once all the details are settled, we will agree the dates for your installation, all the products needed will be ordered and manufactured. The quality of materials used and the precision fabrication ensure the installation is efficient and the result exactly as you’d expect.

Install

The installers are a cheerful lot. They work quickly and with care, causing minimal disruption to your day. They’re also ready to show you how to care for everything, and how any windows, doors and security features work.

Aftercare

We hope you will be delighted with your new conservatory and with the whole process.
