Speaking to a member of the team couldn’t be easier. You can either fill out our simple contact form, call us on 01622 631613, or visit one of our two double glazing show centres in Dartford and Maidstone. We’ll be able to answer any questions you may have about your home improvements.

Get your free quote

We’ll provide you with your individual quote within 24 hours of you contacting us or after a home visit. All of our quotes are free and no-obligation.

Order your new products

We’ll confirm the exact design with you, including the glazing, decorative features and hardware. Our administration team will provide your contract to one of our surveyors once your order has been placed and authorised. (2-3 days)

Order deposit

If we haven’t yet received your order deposit, we will request this. (1-2 days from paperwork being returned)

Arrange your surveyor visit

A date will be confirmed that is convenient for both parties for the surveyor to visit your home. This is to confirm exact measurements and review the size of the project, enabling us to give you a more accurate expectation of timelines. This is because if planning permission is required or you live in a conservation area, we’ll need to gain approval for your home improvements. (1-2 days)

We’ll examine the surveyor’s evaluation

You’ll be updated when the surveyor returns their assessment back to us. This states the size of the installation and any queries or regulations that are needed in order to complete your installation. (2 days if no queries, 1 week max if queries. Any protracted query delays, you will be informed)

Confirm your installation day

A member of our installation department will get in contact with you to arrange the installation date for your new windows and/or doors. (3-4 days unless there are delays)

Your products are ordered

We will assess the surveyor’s notes on any regulations that apply to your individual case. After this review, your product order will be confirmed, and your file will be handed over to our installation department. (4 days)

Your products are manufactured

Your new windows and doors will be constructed to your individual specifications at a state-of-the-art double glazing factory. The fabricators are highly experienced, using pioneering techniques and modern materials, for the best quality possible.

Its your installation day!

Our professional fitters will arrive at your property at the agreed time. With a wealth of installations behind them, they’ll ensure the day goes smoothly with minimal disruption. They’ll also be able to advise the functionality and security of your new windows and doors and provide tips on how to keep them looking as good as new over their lifetime.

Follow-up work

In a minority of cases, remedial work may be required for your new windows and/or doors due to unforeseen difficulties. In this unlikely event, we will order any required parts and arrange a date for the work to be finished. (On receipt of parts or 1-2 days if no parts needed).

Installation complete

You’ll receive an email from us to confirm that your new windows and/or doors have been installed. As the project is now finished, we welcome your feedback and Trustpilot reviews. This helps us to pass on your comments to our teams.

If at any stage, we are aware of a sales query, sales undercharge or technical query we would contact you before continuing further. Your contract would be suspended until the issue is resolved. You would be kept fully informed during this process.
